Our Classic Line-up

Red – Our take on the classic Margherita: housemade mozzarella (Nice Farms Creamery milk), crushed San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, and sourdough crust.

White – A garlic lover’s dream: housemade mozzarella & ricotta, fresh garlic, olive oil, and sourdough crust.

Meat Lovers – For the carnivores: housemade mozzarella, crushed San Marzano tomatoes, and our own sausage & pepperoni made from Langenfelder Farms pork.

This Week’s Special

Special | Woodland Harvest Pizza - Our fall-inspired pizza featuring a base of olive oil, bacon fat, and roasted garlic, topped with house-made pasta filata cheese, ​roasted local wild hen of the woods mushrooms, and bacon. Finished after baking with dollops of whipped ricotta and a drizzle of maple-thyme glaze for the perfect balance of savory, earthy, and sweet​.
