Modern Stone Age was born from a simple yet powerful idea: transforming our family’s health through food. As parents of three young kids, we wanted to nourish our family in a way that was truly life-giving, and our journey led us to uncover the transformative power of ancestral food traditions.

Through years of research, world travel, and hands-on exploration, we discovered how to reconnect with food in ways that changed our lives—and it’s something you can do too. What began as a personal mission has grown into a thriving movement. Today, with a team of over 25 dedicated individuals, we’re sharing this knowledge and passion with the world.

At the Modern Stone Age Food Lab, we teach and preserve ancient foodways, empowering others to live more nourishing, sustainable, and ethical lives. In our Kitchen, we bring these practices to life—serving scratch-made, wholesome meals that reflect our mission.
