Crafted in our bakery using wild-fermented sourdough, our focaccia is light, airy, and full of flavor. Choose from two incredible options:

  • Olive Oil & Rosemary: A timeless classic, topped with extra virgin olive oil, rosemary, and sea salt. Bordered with a crisp golden edge, this focaccia is perfect for dipping in olive oil, pairing with soups and stews, or slicing for sandwiches

  • Old Bay & Butter: Topped with butter, chunky salt, and a generous dusting of Old Bay, this focaccia is a true Eastern Shore classic. Whether you enjoy it on its own, alongside Chesapeake Bay soft-shell crabs, or smothered in crab dip (our favorite!), this version brings a taste of Maryland to every bite
