Jane's Sourdough Crackers

Made with our wild-fermented sourdough, these hand-rolled, buttery, and crispy crackers are the perfect snack or addition to any charcuterie board. They are named after Jane, or “Mum Mum,” because they are her labor of love! Choose from two flavors:

  • Butter Bites: Our snack-sized square crackers, packed with high-quality butter and a delicious crunch. These Cheez-It alternatives are perfect for on-the-go snacking, kids’ lunches, or pairing with our house-made cream cheese (a Schindler family favorite!)

  • Everything “But the Oxalates”: A buttery cracker, topped with our custom Everything (But the Oxalates) seasoning—a low-oxalate alternative to traditional everything spice blends. Made with pumpkin, sunflower, and nigella seeds, this blend offers a rich, nutty flavor while being gentle on the body.

Why this seasoning?

  • Pumpkin & sunflower seeds = naturally low in oxalates

  • Nigella seeds = bold flavor, classic everything bagel look, and potential kidney health benefits

  • Soaked & dehydrated seeds = maximum digestibility and nutrition

Ingredients: Wild sourdough mother, whole wheat flour, butter, maldon sea salt (or Everything But the Oxalates seasoning)

Allergens: Wheat

Storage: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Perfect for snacking anytime!
