Gluten Free Sourdough Loaf

$14.50

We’ve adapted our wild, long-fermented sourdough process to gluten-free flours, offering you all the benefits of sourdough—without the gluten! Our genuine fermentation method relies on both wild yeasts and wild bacteria, going beyond just making the bread rise. The bacterial fermentation:

  • Transforms grains into their safest and most nourishing form

  • Increases bioavailability, making nutrients easier to absorb

  • Detoxifies by reducing lectins, phytates, and antinutrients

  • Creates a one-of-a-kind terroir, unique to our wild microflora

What makes our gluten-free sourdough different?
❌ No commercial yeast—just wild fermentation
❌ No artificial binders, emulsifiers, or preservatives
✔️ Naturally bound with psyllium husk (no xanthan gum!)
✔️ Lower oxalate flours for better digestion

Ingredients: Rice flour, oat flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, psyllium husk powder, dry milk powder, muscovado, baking soda, baking powder, salt, eggs, apple cider vinegar, EVOO, gluten-free mother, seltzer

Allergens: Dairy & eggs

⚠️ Cross-Contamination Notice:
We can slice this bread, but it is NOT sliced on a dedicated gluten-free slicer, so cross-contamination is possible.

This item is not available to ship (yet)!
