Our Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread Crumbs are crafted from our long-fermented, wild-sourdough gluten-free bread, offering the same depth of flavor, texture, and digestibility as our traditional sourdough—without the gluten! Unlike most gluten-free breadcrumbs, ours are made with naturally fermented, whole food ingredients and contain no commercial yeast, xanthan gum, or artificial binders.

✔ Naturally Bound with Psyllium Husk – No gums or artificial additives
