24-Hour Fermented Yogurt

Our house-made, 24-hour fermented yogurt is crafted with full-fat, local Nice Farms Milk, allowing the lactobacillus bacteria ample time to fully digest the lactose, making it easier on your gut while enhancing its natural tang and creaminess. Unlike conventional yogurts (fermented for just 8-12 hours), this extended fermentation process maximizes nutrition, digestibility, and flavor.

We strain our yogurt to achieve the perfect thickness—no stabilizers, no thickeners, just real food.

What Makes It REAL Yogurt?

Traditional yogurt is made by introducing an heirloom culture of lactobacillus bacteria into milk and creating the ideal environment for fermentation. During this process:

  • Lactose is consumed, making it lower in sugar and easier to digest

  • Lactic acid is produced, lowering the pH and creating a safe, probiotic-rich food

  • Probiotics thrive, supporting gut health

  • Nutrients are predigested, making them more bioavailable

Enjoy it parfait-style with house-made granola, raw local honey, and fresh seasonal fruit.
