We’re kicking things off on Friday, May 16, with an intimate evening featuring the legendary Sandor Katz—master of fermentation and an incredible teacher. The night includes fermented cocktails, snacks, and an exclusive Q&A. (Bonus: Your Friday ticket includes access to Saturday’s festivities!)

Then on Saturday, May 17, dive into a vibrant marketplace showcasing everything from kimchi to koji, miso to mead, and cider to sourdough—including a special cheesemaking class with Dr. Bill Schindler, where you’ll learn how to transform raw milk into truly nourishing dairy.

Bill and Sandor have known each other for years, and this weekend is an excellent opportunity to learn from both of these fermentation legends—while supporting amazing businesses like Hex Ferments (yep, that’s where we get our kombucha!).
