Bill’s New Course with University College Cork

We wanted to share a quick piece of exciting news from abroad . . .

Bill has been invited to teach a new course through University College Cork (UCC) Adult & Continuing Education in Ireland:

Food Heritage in Action: Turning Tradition into Sustainable Enterprise

It’s a 10-week online course that looks at how traditional and ancestral food techniques can be preserved, studied, and applied in modern food culture especially in ways that support sustainability and community-based food systems.

Registration is now open, and if this topic is up your alley (chefs, food makers, farmers, educators, or passionate home cooks), it’s definitely worth checking out.

And if you want to read a little more about it, the course has already gotten some early press coverage in Ireland:

We’re proud of Bill and grateful to see this work reaching new audiences internationally.
