Eudēmonia Summit—a three-day health gathering in West Palm Beach

Great Food, Greater Purpose: Building a Clean Eating Movement

I’m honored to join this vital conversation at the Eudēmonia Summit—a three-day health gathering (Nov 13 - 16) in West Palm Beach that brings together over 100 visionaries in wellness, longevity, and human potential, along with cutting-edge treatments and a forward-thinking wellness expo Eudēmonia Summit.

Panel Overview:

For too long, “healthy eating” has been confined to home kitchens or treated as a flavorless compromise. Meanwhile, “farm-to-table” and “sustainability” have become buzzwords—too often eroding guest trust. This session brings together industry leaders transforming restaurant culture: proving that nourishment, pleasure, sustainability, and community can genuinely coexist.

I’m thrilled to share the stage with:

  • Chef Johanna Hellrigl, who leads Ama in Washington, D.C. Her restaurant blends Northern Italian roots, a holistic wellness ethos, and zero refined sugar policies—earning praise for its sustainability and soulful hospitality.

  • Jason Karp, Founder of HumanCo and co-founder of Hu Kitchen. Jason transformed his own health through conscious eating and now builds mission-driven brands dedicated to real, clean ingredients—with worldwide impact.

I’m excited to bring what we are building at the Modern Stone Age Kitchen—to this conversation.

I’ll also be doing a book signing at the summit—looking forward to connecting there!
